Good day! I am so excited to be at Faithful Shepherd Catholic School. In 2012, I was hired to be the librarian-teacher for K-8. I loved my job, the students, and the staff; I was sad to leave. This year will be my fifth year back at FSCS teaching middle school, my fourth teaching all middle school religion classes.
This will be my twentieth year of teaching. I have taught in both Missouri and Minnesota during that time. I have been a 6th-grade classroom teacher, middle school English, literature, religion, and a physical education teacher throughout that time. I received my BA and my Masters from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
While not teaching, I enjoy spending time with my family, which includes my husband, Neil, and my three children, Josie (6th grade), Isaac (3rd grade), and Samuel (Kindergarten). We love being tourists and traveling, even if it is just across town to a festival or museum. I love photography, painting, reading, and spending time at our family’s cabin.
I can’t wait to learn about all of my students this year and getting to know them more. Please stop in and say, “Hi”, if you are wanting to know more about my classes.
Have a fantastic day and God bless,
