Admissions & Enrollment Marketing Coordinator

Faithful Shepherd is looking for a full-time person to lead our admissions/enrollment marketing programs, and to assist in various fundraising efforts, including building an alumni relations program.


  • Execute internal and external marketing efforts to retain and attract students
  • Update and implement existing marketing strategy in coordination with retained marketing firm
  • Oversee all on-campus tours and recruitment/marketing events
  • Strengthen and maintain relationships with three supporting parishes and area preschools
  • Coordinate follow-up of enrollment marketing efforts
  • Maintain the enrollment database
  • Increase online presence
  • Update and monitor school Facebook & Twitter feed
  • Nurture connections with currently enrolled families to ensure retention
  • Develop an alumni relations program
  • Assist with various school fundraising events

Job Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Nonprofit Management, or a related field. Knowledgeable and passionate about promoting Catholic education. Demonstrated skills in communication and marketing. Strong oral and written communication skills. Part-time Custodial Position

Faithful Shepherd has a second shift custodial opening. Interested parties should be detailed orientated and able to work independently while also being part of a team. Duties include trash collecting, vacuuming of classrooms and common areas and other cleaning duties. Working hours are from 5:00 pm until 8:30 pm 2-3 nights per week Monday-Friday on school days during the school year. Please email resume to Mike Randall at mrandall@fscsmn.org.
