Visit Faithful Shepherd

Ask Questions and Get to Know Our School

Faithful Shepherd offers several ways for you to see first-hand what makes this school the right place for your family. Whether you attend one of our open house events or schedule a personal tour with our Admissions Office, you will see our faith community in action! Both are great opportunities to meet some  of the wonderful people who make the Faithful Shepherd family a great community for children and parents to flourish.

We invite all families interested in Faithful Shepherd to visit, ask questions, and get to know our school ! You may start by contacting us to request more information and speak with our enrollment coordinator. This can be done by calling our Admissions Coordinator, Jen Claude, at 651-262-2898 to arrange a visit that works with your schedule or by filling out our online information request form.

Open Houses

Faithful Shepherd hosts open houses throughout the school year to help you get to know the school. In conjunction with current parents, these events offer a glimpse into our academic programs, and the faith-based Catholic values that guide our community to support Faithful Shepherd families. We host both in-school and evening open houses. It is a great way to be introduced to our outstanding curriculum!

Our in-school open houses are scheduled during the school day and are typically just after the start of the school day. Join us to receive a guided tour of the facility and to be introduced to some of our staff, parents, and students who can answer any questions you might have. By visiting during the school day, you get to see our mission play out in person: a welcoming family community for the development of life-long learners with a strong sense of faith, citizenship, respect, and personal responsibility.

Faithful Shepherd Parent Information Nights offer prospective families time to learn more about our school programs with a special focus on kindergarten. Our program features information about our curriculum, student life, and school community. Faithful Shepherd parents share their stories about how we have contributed to their families, and you will learn about the impact our school has had on their lives.  On-site childcare is available.

We welcome you to schedule a visit with us during a time that works best for your schedule.

Shadow Days
One of our favorite ways to help your child feel welcome at Faithful Shepherd is by letting them shadow a student for a day. This program introduces your son or daughter to the daily life of a typical Faithful Shepherd student. They will be matched with someone of similar age, grade, and interests to get a stronger sense of what their day will be like for them. One of the great things about instilling positive Catholic values in our students is their welcoming approach to new members of the community. Whether your child is coming to Faithful Shepherd at the beginning of the year, or transferring from another school, their shadowing experience will:

  • Introduce them to new friends that will extend beyond 8th grade
  • Allow them to meet some of the teachers who will guide them in their growth
  • Provide them a sense of comfort in knowing that they can walk into that first day of school and see familiar faces

Please call our Admissions Coordinator, Jen Claude, at 651-262-2898 to arrange a visit that works with your schedule.
