Band Instructor, Grades 5-8
Faithful Shepherd Catholic School is seeking a band instructor/director to continue our successful 5th-8th grade instrumental music program. This is a part-time position, ideally 11am-3pm daily, with an opportunity to also offer private instrumental lessons after school wtih our enrolled students. This teacher will work closely with the K-6th grade music instructor in coordinating individual and small group lessons for beginning band students in Grades 5-6, and in engaging the 7th-8th grade students in elective performing arts units. Maintenance Custodian
Perform routine general maintenance and daily custodial functions throughout the building and grounds – duties include managing daily operations of the facility, ordering supplies, assisting with project planning, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility.
Qualifications include: organizational skills to prioritize and meet deadlines; ability to retain compliance with codes and standards; appropriate licensure for maintenance responsibilities (esp HVAC); ability to recognize and make recommendations for facility needs; works collaboratively with Principal, Business Manager and other custodial staff, as well as school volunteers.
