Beginning November 9 and running for 32 sessions a new youth wrestling program – St Paul Wrestling Academy (SPWA) – will be offering sessions on Monday and Thursday evenings at St Thomas Academy for PreK – 6th grade wrestlers of any skill and experience.

Former Gophers Jason Ness (NCAA Champion and Hodge Award Winner) and brother Dylan Ness (NCAA Runner-Up) are the Co-Head SPWA Coaching Coordinators with assistant coaches including Cole Konrad (2X NCAA Champion), Hayden Zillmer (recent USA National Champion), Daniel Deshazer (2X NCAA DII Champion) and Josh Tarum (MN High School Champion).

Registration fee includes the 32 evening sessions (Nov-March) plus SPWA practice shorts and a shirt, SPWA wrestling singlet for matches, registration fee for the J Robinson Wrestling Classic Youth Tournament held in March and a JROB ’21 Tourney Camo shirt.
