FSCS SUMMER REGISTRATION

Each day students will need:

• Lunch (peanut free)
• Afternoon snack (peanut free)
• Active clothes, gym attire, appropriate clothing
• Sunscreen
• Tennis shoes
• Water bottles
• A smile

***Students will NOT be permitted to have electronics throughout the day; tablets, phones, smart watches, etc.  Phones will be kept in a safe place with staff.

Personal items are permitted but be advised that these items may be used only at certain parts of the day. Bringing valuable personal items is discouraged.

Cost:

• Registration Fee: $50
• Daily Cost: $35
• Daily Cost (2 students): $30 per
• Daily Cost (3 students): $25 per
• Half Day Cost: $20

What to expect each week:

• Students will be very active throughout each week, with much of the time spent outside, in the gym, or moving doing other activities.
• Students will work with one another on team building challenges and setting and achieving goals throughout the summer.
• Students will embrace a theme for each week that will be reflected in the activities throughout the week.
• Parents will sign in and sign out students each day.
  • Parent/Guardian Signature is required
• All inhalers and epipens will be kept by the leader teacher on duty.

2:30-3:45 Academic Time (Math, Reading, Writing, Social Studies, etc.)

3:45-4:30 OUTSIDE OR GYM TIME

4:30-6:00 Student pick up and free choice, student can be drawing, doing puzzles, reading, or playing with board games
