Dear Parents,

Thank you for your patience and cooperation in helping to make our COVID influenced carpool changes work smoothly! Things have definitely improved as we get all the kids into the building before 8:00am and out of the building by about 2:50pm! Here are just a few reminders and suggestions that will help continue keeping things running smoothly:

Morning Drop-off

• As much as possible, have your kids ready to go when you drop them off (i.e. masks on, backpacks packed, etc.)
• Remember to stay in your car as we have staff helping students exit the cars

Afternoon Pick-up

• When approaching the school from Discovery Drive, please drive slowly! Proozy has a shift change that occurs between 2:30-2:40 and cars will be exiting on Discovery.
• Because of this shift change, we would like to encourage as many parents as possible to arrive at 2:40pm to reduce the congestion that occurs in front of Proozy’s parking lot. Most likely you will still pick up your kids at the same time while spending less time waiting in line!
• Continue to form two lines on the north side of the road as you approach the school.
• Remember that when exiting on Columbia Drive, right turn only onto Yankee Doodle.
