About Ms. Henning

Hello!

Welcome to 2nd grade at Faithful Shepherd Catholic School!

This is my third year teaching at FSCS! I am a graduate from Saint Catherine University with a B.S Degree in Elementary Education. I have become STEM certified and hold an endorsement from St. Kate’s for pre- primary education. I am also trained in Orton Gillingham which is an intensive reading intervention program. This Fall I will be pursing a Master’s Degree in K-12 reading at St. Thomas University!

FUN FACTS about Ms. Henning

• I have 2 Dachshunds and 2 cat (Scooby DOO, Daphne, Binx, and Salem).
• I have been a coffee drinker since I was 3 years old. I am often seen with a Starbucks cup!
• I LOVE Dr. Seuss and you can tell just by looking inside my classroom.
• I was a fashion major before following my heart and decided to pursue teaching as a career.
• I love to travel, explore new restaurants, and shop!
